By booking a consultation with Fluffy Butt Cat Training, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Fluffy Butt Cat Training provides virtual behavior consultations and guidance based on information provided by the client.

Behavior outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as results depend on consistency, environment, and implementation.

Payment

Full payment of $125 is required at the time of booking.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Medical Disclaimer

Behavior concerns may have underlying medical causes. Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed veterinarian for any new or sudden behavior changes.

Fluffy Butt Cat Training does not provide veterinary or medical services.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for implementing behavior recommendations consistently and safely.

Limitation of Liability

Fluffy Butt Cat Training is not liable for injuries, damages, or outcomes resulting from the implementation of behavior recommendations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.

Client Agreement

A signed Client Agreement is required before services are provided. This agreement outlines service scope, limitations, expectations, policies and liability terms. Failure to sign the agreement prior to the scheduled session may result in cancellation without refund and services will not be provided without a completed agreement.
